How to get customer balance with multiple subsidiaries?
We've recently enabled multi-subsidiary customers after acquiring another company with an overlapping customer list. Now I'm trying to adjust my statement mailing workflow to only send statements out when the company has a balance with a particular subsidiary.
I have a saved search with the criteria Subsidiary: Name = (company in question). However the criteria Balance 0.0 returns any company that has a balance in any subsidiary. I need a criteria to only return the balance in this one subsidiary.
I can see the balances listed out in the customer's subsidiary tab, but I haven't figured out how to access those balances from a search.
