Sales Order Search by Client

What available Filter are you utilzing for Sales Orders Searches to identify Clients/Customers? I have tried mulitple filters to only bring in Client/Customer Names and I still end up up unneccessary infromation in filters, from Projects to Work Orders, Other Names.. etc. I only want to see the client list. Is this possible?
