My endicia will not recognizing free shipping on orders over $1200.00.

This free shipping is set up in Netsuite under Priority and First Class.

USPS has a new option Ground Advantage that is not an option in setup.

When will this option be available?

Why does Endicia calculate free shipping on orders totaling over $750.00?
