Can we Copy a Bundle to another Environment without installing it?

Hi There

is there a way to use the developer account (the account that is available to NS partners) to share bundles from without installing the actual bundle itself in the account?

For example, I have taken a back up of a customisation in a sandbox account by bundling it..

I need to refresh the sandbox so I want to copy the bundle to a developer account.

I don't want to install the bundle in the developer account as that would conflict with other customisations in the account.

I just need the bundle in an environment that won't be refreshed so it can be shared with other accounts
