CSV Import - Multiple records

Hello,

When following the delivered process to import csv records, I find that the process goes to success but only loads one record at a time. Is there some step in the wizard so that the process doesn't just stop after the 1st row?

I'm choosing add/update and leaving the external ID blank - not sure if thats part of the issue. Thank you!
