How to use Show message action upon choosing a certain item via Workflow?
I need to create a workflow that show a message before record submit if certain items have been chosen in a sales order. I need to create similar workflow with the same concept for the purchase order as well.
I tried multiple scenarios but wasn't any successful. I am setting a condition on the workflow and the action that says:
Record = sales order
Field = Item
compare = any of
value = (the item SKU number)
But that didn't work, could you please help!
