Post an unbalanced journal entry from a legacy conversion?

Is there a way to force an unbalanced entry into NetSuite caused by a legacy conversion? We are set to go-live with NetSuite on October 29th, 2023 and the accounting department is encountering issues with getting disparate legacy systems to tie out since certain previous legal entities - no longer exits.

Any other workarounds?
