Taiwan (Province of China)
Hello All,
Recently, in our NetSuite account, a country name was changed from Taiwan to Taiwan (Province of China).
First up, this seems to be a politically insensitive change. We have many Taiwanese clients and they are not happy with the reference to China. My request is for a return to Taiwan as soon as possible.
Second, our website is intimately integrated with NetSuite and draws on it's country listing/names. Our site is now displaying Taiwan (Province of China) and our Taiwanese members are complaining.
While we are investigating a solution in the website, what can I do in NetSuite to override the new name? And I'm not asking about in-account receipts, emails, etc., as the name change affect is much broader than that.
Cheers!
Stephen
