Connector Amazon FBA Shipping Charges

At Boxed Water, we utilize 3 connectors: Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM and Shopify. Standard practice is for Amazon FBA to charge customers for Shipping who do not have Prime. However Boxed Water does not charge for Shipping at all.

We keep the Charge for Shipping box unchecked . However then our FBA non-prime orders do not integrate into NetSuite from the Connector. We receive an error due to the tax total calculation: ERROR: USER_ERROR - FarApp Error - Web order total is 35.03 but NetSuite computed the total as 29.00. I don't know if there is a way to map these in differently. Currently everyday we have to check after we are done shipping for the day, we turn this checkbox on to charge for shipping. Push any FBA non prime orders in, and then make
