invoices emailed blank

Hi


I have had customer invoices sent out that customers are not able to see, they only see the header and footers. Only a small number have noted this.

We are unable to see any of the issues when we check the emails sent and on reprinted invoices on NetSuite.

We can also read the invoices sent back from customers.

We have checked on other browsers.


Any ideas?
