Tax Code EZ-GB not appearing in VAT return
Hi,
We are a UK country, who sell to Customers based in the EU. When posting sales invoices to these customers, we use Tax Code EZ-GB for zero rated EU supply.
Our issue is that when running our monthly VAT report in the Tax Reports (International) Module, these invoices are not appearing in box 6 of the return, which should include "Total value of sales and all other outputs excluding any VAT". The Tax report page on SuiteAnswers states that this tax code should be picked up in box 6, so not sure why it's not. Any help would be much appreciated!
