Saved Search, filter on Accounting Period as a value

on an invoice, i can filter by a PERIOD as Last Fiscal Quater and other variables predefined. is there a text filter option to be able to select a chosen period? e.g. such as Jul 2023 or Mar 2023 as a text value..
