Invoice not appearing in ESL Report

Hi all, I created a service Invoice for the EU customer (with defined EU address and VAT registration number) from the Belgian subsidiary. I defined the Tax code for the service item on the invoice.

However, invoice is not appearing in the ESL Report. Does anyone know why?
