Best Solution to Import Price Levels or Alternative to Using Custom Price Levels
We want to avoid using "custom" item pricing set at the customer level. Our thought was to make a price level via accounting lists>price levels in increments of 1 up to 100. Upon further investigation, there seems to be an enhanchement request to do this via csv import. Is there a better way to do this?
We are running into issues with custom pricing on items at the customer level when we have a price increase - as the custom price does not change when base price is updated. Only items for said customer that are set on a "level" will update. Any advice?
