The case of disappearing data :). Help
We use a customized customer/prospect entry form and I inadvertently removed the "comments" field from view. When I restored it, selected the default form we use and checked the comments field in the third tab (fields), it has returned to the customer entry form, BUT, half of the information in the field is missing and the only common thread I can find is that it only affects 2 individuals whose entries are gone. Their roles are checked so it should be there! Any suggestions where else to look? Thanks for any help!
