Bank feed - Amex

Hello community, I need some help.

I'm trying to generate a connection with amex through bank feed suite app but when I tried to connect amex credit card I have the following error.

I would like to know if you can help me to determinate if it is a Netsuite issue or a problem with the role in the Amex account.
