Quote submitted for approval save search

Hi.

We have a workflow for quote approvals, when the user creates a quote they need to click the button "Submit for Approval" after that the quote goes to the workflow.

We have a save search Quotes to Approve that I want to show to the manager the quotes after the user "Submit for Approval", but in that save search also shows the quote that is not been summited.

Here is my criteria.

Do somebody knows the trick to add into the criteria for not show the quotes if the "Submit for Approval" haven't been clicked?
