E-Commerce Shipping Options
Hello,
On the e-commerce web-store we have multiple shipping options and I have a couple of questions. Your kind help is appreciated!!!
- We have UPS set as the default store shipping method, why is it not being automatically selected from the list options? each ship item has a radio button in order to select it, it is auto selecting the first on the list not the default of UPS.
- it appears that the shipping options are in alphabetical order, so the top shipping method is being selected automatically, is that usual behavior? If so, how do I resort list?
- How do I not show the shipping options at all?
