Company with Email+Activity together?
I'm trying to understand a bit of how Netsuite works. This isn't a fix exactly, just some specific questions to help me understand interactions. Below you see CRITERIA, RESULTS FIELDS, AND RESULTS OUTPUT for a Saved Search. Thanks for your help.
DESIRED RESULT: All emails and Activities for each customer output with sales rep (Activity Owner or Email Sender.
QUESTIONS
1) I'd like to see results for all companies (customer+lead+prospect). Will this search do that, or do I need 3 separate?
2) This is the main one -- Can I do this in one search or do I need separate email and activity searches? From what I can see I'm getting duplicated results, emails are listed multiple times for each activity.
