Created from rate on goods receipt issue
Hi all
Long time no see. I hope everyone is well.
I have 2 workflows.
1 is on Sandbox
1 is on Production.
They are identical.
However when I run them they give different results. I have narrowed it down in the formulas to this field
{createdfrom.rate}
In the sandbox version this field is the cost of the item.
In the production account it sees it as the number 20.
The only value on the line that is 20 is the tax rate.
I am very confused on this one.
How can identical fields on sandbox and production with identical formulas and identical fields return different values?
