Printing Custom Fields

I creating a custom item field on the part forms.

I have also added it to the advanced custom form, but it will not print.

The ID is custitem19 and the code is ${item.custitem19}. But nothing prints.

I have other custom fields that print just fine, but I cannot get this one.
