Merge contact and lead records or just delete leads only
Questions below related to the screenshot.
4 contacts went in the system as leads and duplicate contact/lead records were created by the system because the company wasn't entered correctly.
I have corrected the company in the contact records so they all point to the right company.
But the lead records are there. I thought maybe I could merge or delete, but they seem to be the same record with the same ID, just showing up in two spots. How do I get rid of the dup Lead records and have only the Contacts left?
ps. Separate question - one contact has "David" as the ID instead C1234 or something. How do I correct that so it has a proper autonumber ID like the rest. Is that possible?
