Where does the quantity for labour source from on a planned std cost record?

Hi there

I have an account which uses WIP & Routing.

The Planned Standard Cost record for an assembly item has the following

Where does the quantity field source from?

Looking at the component record as well as the top level assembly record, I cannot see that value anywhere.
