Email Alert - Duplicate Invoices

Could somebody help me on below
We have a saved search to display duplicate invoices because in some case Netsuites generated a duplicate invoice (= System notes date is equal for both). It happens when sending invoices via API to Netsuite and Netsuite generates the invoice number
On criteria we have the following:
On the results tab we have the following - Using the Summart type
Now we configured the following on the email tab because we want every time this happens, the system sends immidiately an email to some recepients to avoid they are being send to the customer.
