Where are the assembly build preferences?

According to SuiteAnswers 7671 (https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7671/loc/en_US) , there should be assembly build preferences under the Order management subtab


However, I cannot see any of these preferences in any of the accounts I am looking at.

Is this suiteanswer outdated?
