Default status to picked

Hi

I have turned on the picked, packed. shipped related feature on an account (advanced shipping).

The default status of an item fulfilment is 'packed'.

Can I change this to default to 'picked'?

I can't see any preference for this under Set up>Accounting>Accounting Preferences>Order Management.
