"Cost of Sales Adjustment" on assembly build

We have one Assembly Build record with strange GL impact, that differs from other Assembly Build records.

The amount in projected value is crediting inventory, and debiting COGS with memo text "Cost of Sales Adjustment".

Don't understand why and when this was created?
