FInancial Institution and Parser Plugin

I've created a custom plugin to retrieve data from a third-party bank API. Currently, the script has a trigger to fetch the configuration ID and add the accounts. However, the part where data chunks are added to the database from the third entry point is not being triggered.

Additionally, my plugin for the financial institution (FI) parser isn't activating at all.

Do you have any recommendations or suggestions?
