Set Field value on workflow is not working

Hi,

I have created a very simple workflow that is applicable to invoices as below

with the condition that if the date of the sales order the invoice was created from, is on or after 1st March 2024 then a custom filed called Commissionable must be set true.

But it is not working as below. it says invalid expression?
