How can I ensure items on SO are not available to be used on any other SOs?
Hi, Gurus!
After placing items on the SO, those items are still available, even though the "available for commitment" quantity is reduced, correct? However, nothing prevents someone else from creating another sales order and going over the available for commitment quantity. Can we make sure somehow that already committed items are not available elsewhere?
Example: 10 items are available. I create SO #1 and use 9 items. Available for commitment quantity is 1 now. I then create SO #2 and add 7 items to it and NS allows me to, even though available for commitment Q is 1. I need to ensure that NS prevents me from adding a quantity more than 1. Is it possible?
