Hi everyone!
I want to create Assets manually, as the Asset Suggestion function doesn't split items up by their serial numbers. But first I need an easy way of identifying when and what items need to become fixed assets.
Fortunately, the condition is straight forward - Whenever an inventory transfer is fulfilled by one of 4 particular warehouses, I know this means it has gone to its final location where the items on that transfer will become Fixed Assets.
I want something like a saved search or a workflow to be able to identify this transaction and email me a report of the items, costs, serial numbers and other line item information on the items. Is this possible?
