How to resolve: There was an issue during the data retrieval process.

Hello,

We received an error "There was an issue during the data retrieval process. Please contact your administrator" for our Citizen's CSV Transaction Feed.

What are the possible reasons why received this error? Can you suggest any troubleshooting we can do?
