Issue with invoices automatically uploading into the Scanned folder

I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue with invoices automatically uploading into the Scanned folder? it seems mostly for anything that a staff member may send to my ap mailbox that is uploaded automatically. Those ones aren't uploading. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
