NSC | Define or Update VAT Registration Number in Parent Subsidiary Record
Scenario
User needs to define the VAT Registration Number field for the Subsidiary. However, since the field was not defined when the Subsidiary record was created, it is currently inactive (displayed in grey). User wants to know if there's a method to define it now without the need to delete the Subsidiary and recreate it entirely.
Solution
As part of the initial setup, the data for the Parent Subsidiary was automatically populated based on the information provided on the Company Information page.
To be able to add or update the VAT Registration Number on Parent Subsidiary, follow the below steps:
