NS Currency revaluation incorrect

Hi, my NS foreign currency bank rec shows the correct amount but when I perform the currency revaluation the foreign currency balance is incorrect so the revaluation journal is incorrect.

I can't manually enter a journal to correct this as I can only enter base currency jnls into this account.
anyone know how to fix this?
