Is it possible to show only the department and location of my subsidiary?

Is it possible to show only the department and location of my subsidiary company?

For example, when registering assets in Fix assets management, I would like to make sure that only the department and location of the subsidiary that is set for the user I am logged in as will appear in the list.

Would this require workflow or script development?
