Request timed out or failing for specific customers only.

This is Sandeep, an engineer at Upflow. Our product integrates with Netsuite, we are a partner and have a suiteapp in your marketplace.

Our solution fetches data related to account receivables from Netsuite with SOAP APIs (customers, invoices, transactions, etc…)

For one of our merchants while syncing data, we are facing either timeout errors or requests failing for specific customers only. For other customers, it works fine and fetches data from Netsuite without any issues.

Adding three examples for different cases,

  • Request getting timed out.
  • Request failing with ECONNRESET error or "Netsuite network error: socket hang up" error.

These errors are not specific to a particular SOAP request or an entity, they happen on different API calls, sometimes invoices or journals or credit memos, etc.
