Why is the workflow not evaluating this condition correctly?
HI
I have used the PO basic approval template for workflows and modified this for my use case.
One issue I am finding is this condition:
This condition is not evaluating correctly.
The next approver field is in fact empty:
I have tried moving this condition to different states and used different triggers and it still returns the incorrect result (showing the field is not empty).
I have also tried a variation on the condition:
There are no other 'next approver' fields on this transaction record or NetSuite account.
This is the first time I have encountered this. Why would it treat this field as having a value?
