Positive Pay Error Prompt

hi team, when i go to submit to initiate positive pay text file, I encounter this error——-com.netsuite.suitescript.scriptobject.ScriptNullObjectAdapter@3eca3b25. Could anyone give advice on what might be incorrect in my current setup. Thank you
