Customer - Inventory items not purchased

We have customers in certain subsidiaries and items that are only available to that subsidiary. I would like to create a search that shows me the items a customer has not purchased from the subsidiary they are a part of.

Ideally the search would have Customer name, item, item description.

What's the criteria I would set that would give me this list?
