Using Online forms to create Support Cases in NetSuite
Hi Team,
I created an online case form, added all the fields needed. But when I test the form bly clicking the URL link, and submit.I get an error "Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form" The form works when I use it in the employee center. Any ideas what could be causing this?
