Need assistance on Saved Search

I'm looking to create saved search based on email's and need to finetune it.what I'd like to do is,for this to list emails received through NetSuite,meaning I sent an email to client and they responded back,I want that to be listed on this saved search report,Is that possible?I'm not exactly sure of what exactly has to be set on the criteria and Results tab,can't find the right combination for it.Please help me on this or let me know for any questions.
