Case Status not showing on Workflow Condition
Hello,
We are creating a Workflow wherein a certain field will be mandatory depending on the value of the Status field of the Case.
However, on the Condition field for the Workflow Action, the dropdown for Status is different from the dropdown of Status on the Case.
As such, we are unable to select the proper filter.
