Is it possible to set a field value using a url in saved search results?
I have a customer saved search with a formula HTML field which opens (via a URL) a new tab which is the page to create a record (custom record type). The custom record type has a 'customer' field, and it would be great if the URL in the Formula HTML field could also default the customer field on the new record.
I am thinking that the URL would be something like:
/app/common/custom/custrecordentry.nl?rectype=100&custrecord_customer={internalid}
Is it possible to default a field using URL parameters?
This would be a great help.
