Why would my sales tax differ if it is coming through the API?
We use a 3rd party software (Zoey) for out website. On Zoey, we use Avalara to calculate the exact tax. Zoey then uses the API to send all of the order information to NS.
I have turned off sales tax every way I know how to just accept the income tax. Regardless of what I do, tax on shipping seems to throw things off and I get a different number in NS than Zoey.
Does the API not take an absolute sales tax rather than trying to recalculate it? What else should I be looking at or is this an issue from the Zoey side?
