Account Manager left Oracle

Hi there,

Is it normal that our Account Manager leaves Oracle and we don't get any notification or whatsoever? Is NetSuite trying to fade away Account Management? Another thing, since past updates I don't seem to be able to issue Support Cases in NetSuite, it always redirects me to the Community instead. Why did this happen?
