Sales Order remains pending fulfillment after fulfillment
Hello,
We occasionally encounter Sales Orders where the status remains on "Pending Fulfillment" even after the Item Fulfillment status is set to "Shipped." It seems that the status isn't being synchronized between the Item Fulfillment (IF) and the Sales Order (SO). When I open the SO, click "Edit" and then "Save," the issue is resolved.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this and how I can prevent it from happening in the future?
