Why does ZATCA Integration certificate signature does not match with QR certificate signature value?

Hello everyone, good day.

I'm having a problem with ZATCA E-Invoicing for a client that once generated, it fails with the following error (From ZATCA server)

"certificate signature does not match with qr certificate signature value"

Could anyone help me with this matter?
