Multiple Subsidiary Access can the name change?

I have users who belong to multiple subsidiaries, when they select the subsidiary can the name change in the upper right-hand corner showing that their account view has changed.

Currently, when we change the subsidiary the Default Subsidiary continues to show next to the logged in role.

Looking for a way to easily identify when a user makes a change to a different subsidiary from their default an easy way to know the view has changed.
