SOURCE VALUE FROM CUSTOM RECORD

I have added a custom body field to the Sales Order record called SCAC and would like it to be updated based on the value of the Shipping Method.

To accomplish this, I created a custom record that maps the Shipping Method to the SCAC code.

I then set up a workflow with a "Set Value" action (triggered after field edit). In the parameters section, I am using the "Record (Join Field)" option, but the custom record I created is not appearing as an option.

Am I missing something in the setup?
